Creamy Mushroom Turkey Gravy
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 10 minutes
Makes: 1 1/4 cups.


Ingredients

1 tablespoon butter

1/2 cup sliced mushrooms



Directions

1. In 2-quart saucepan, melt butter over medium-high heat and cook mushrooms, stirring occasionally, 2 minutes or until mushrooms are tender. With wire whisk, stir in water and Lawry's ® Turkey Gravy Mix. Bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to low and simmer, stirring occasionally, 1 minute. Remove from heat and let cool 2 minutes.

 

2. Stir in sour cream.
